The double skin air handling units are designed on Modular type. All side panels are PUFF insulated and sandwiched with double skin. The skeleton / profiles are made out of aluminium extruded channel. The skin for the AHU’s are selected depend upon the application and usage of the customer, such as G.I pre coated / PU painted / SS 304, SS 316 L and Aluminium sheet and FRP coated. These are comfort cooling, humidity (rh) controlling, high grade filtration, clean room, green room, toxic control application – so on.

Mounting frame of the Filters are specially designed and erected within the AHU, so that no air by pass take place, as a result better filtration level can be assured with our AHU . Even for HEPA Filter, the filtration level of 1000 class or ISO 5 can be assured without any air by pass between mounting frame and inner skin of the AHU.

Selection of Filters : For critical / clean room and special application, two /three / four stage filters are precisely designed, reckoning with the air flow quantity and concentration of the dust and other pollutant, RH level etc, so AHU will perform as per the filtration norms to maintain indoor air quality as per the customer’s requirement.

Air Showers are installed before the entry of the controlled environment / Clean Room to  avoid contamination by the personnel and material entry in to the restricted area. Air Shower employ high velocity of air flow through jet nozzles as a result scrubbing action take place.  Then all the air borne contaminant will be sucked by return air and trapped in the filters installed in the ASU. Therefore class level up to ISO 3 can be assured.

These air purification modules follow three main steps to purify the air which are removal of fusty smell, killing of germs/bacteria in the air and enhancing the active oxygen content in the air. For better results to kill the germs/bacteria from the air, these modules are Ozone installed.
